Day 1: Siem Reap – Angkor Wat Temple – Welcome dinner (Meal : Dinner)
Activities : Visit Prasat Kravan, Ta Prohm, Takeo, Chau Say Tevoda and Thommanon…
Itinerary : After being welcome and transferred to the hotel for check in procedures, we will start our journey in the first stop, the Angkor Wat Temple. Prasat Kravan and Ta Prohm will be our heading point in the morning, Prasat Kravan is a 10th century temple with five red brick towers on a common terrace while Ta Prohm is a 13th century forested Bayon-style temple. In the afternoon, we will take a temple tour with Takeo – an early 11th century temple with five levels and three towers, Chau Say Tevoda – a mid-12th century temple west of Takeo and Thommanon – a 12th century temple east of the Victory Gate.
Dinner and overnight in Siem Reap.
Activities : Visit Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas… from the South Gate
Itinerary : Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat’s five towers symbolize Meru’s five peaks – the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond.
Afternoon visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century). See the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and Bayon Temple until sunset.
Overnight in Siem Reap.
Activities : Visit Banteay Srei, Ta Prohm before flying to Phnom Penh
Itinerary : After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit Banteay Srei temple which is considered as the jewel in the crown of Classical Khmer Art. Afterward, we will peek into Ta Prohm where you can witness the beauty of combination between trees and human masterpiece. In the afternoon, you will have your own lunch at the hotel before transfer to the airport for flight to Phnom Penh. When arrive, you will be free in the rest of the day, may be having a walk to the streets or shopping in the local markets…
Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Phnom Penh.
Activities : Visit Wat Phnom, National Museum, Silver Pagoda and Royal Palce before heading to the South Vietnam…
Itinerary : Breakfast at hotel followed by the city tour. An interesting city tour is waiting for you today in Phnom Penh. You will have whole morning to explore the city with many spots of beauty and solemn sites such as Wat Phnom – a small temple dedicated to Vishnu and Shiva, National Museum – a giant collection of Khmer history, arts and architecture, Silver Pagoda – a unique pagoda with 5,000 silver tiles on the floor and Royal Palace – the resident of the Khmer royal families. In the afternoon, we will say goodbye to Cambodia and take a boat to Chau Doc for a new journey to the South Vietnam. It only takes you about 4 hours and we will arrive in late afternoon.

Activities : Head to Long Xuyen, cruise along the river, visit floating housesItinerary : After breakfast we will head out to Long Xuyen and embark on Le Cochinchine cruises for a cruise along the river while enjoying the scenic water way. Then we will take a tour through Long Xuyen area and you can see many unique farms, floating villages and houses where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and meet the friendly and hospitable locals. A small boat will take you deeper to the site with local houses and green orchards. Before departing for Can Tho, remember to enjoy the sunset from Mekong River and take photo of this wonderful scene.

Activities : Visit Cai Rang Market, Cai Be and explore the area with orchards, floating houses and meet the friendly locals…Itinerary : After breakfast, A small boat will take you to explore the Cai Rang market one of the most bustling floating markets in Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats barging and jostling for space as owners attempt to sell their goods. On the way you can see the palm-shaded creek and green orchards. Afterward, we will embark the boat and then the cruise continues to Cai Be via Tra On. After lunch we will go for pleasant walk on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people’s activities, especially some orchards (orange grove) with its farmers and sample various tropical fruits in Lach village before returning to the boat and head out to Cai Be, enjoy the magnificent sunset on the Co Chien river.

Activities : Enjoy the beauty of Mekong River Delta, explore Cai Be floating market and experience the life of locals before transfer to Saigon.Itinerary : After breakfast we will travel around over splendid sunrise on the Mekong and explore the lively Cai Be floating market in early morning. Then we will walk amongst the lush vegetation to visit the handicraft villages and meet with local people as well as enjoy the sightseeing with old houses and sample various tropical fruits. A small boat trip through rivulets of Tan Phong islands where you will have a pleasant walk or cycle on the footpaths of the village to discover tropical fruit orchards before transfer to Saigon.
